Moving through hardness to softness

Horses are unique, and each horse handles the situation presented differently.
Some horses require a stronger hand, while others just need soft re-assurance.
I think as a horse handler you need to be aware of this as your working with them, to adjust what you are doing with the horse to support the horse in the best way possiable.
